Nick was President and lifetime member of the Fordlords.

He was also the Deputy Grand Knight and 4th degree member of the Knights of Columbus, Father Justin Council 5670

He served as Chairman to the transportation department of the Variety Kids Telethon.

From the mid 80's when Nick, was manager of Cole muffler, many local  "car people" knew to go see Nick.  They knew who it was in town that could get the sound that they wanted out of there cherished ride. Yes it is true, Nick could make a small block Chevy have that beautiful sound of a small block ford, not an easy thing to do, yes many have tried, but that secret, was only shared with two people...................
It was also at this time when he purchased what would become his baby, his 1955 Mercury, though not his first or last classic car, Nick also owned for a short time a Model A, a 1952 Chevy pickup truck and a 1965 Ford Mustang. The Merc, stayed, each and ever winter being worked on more and more.
As time went on and Nicks family grew, He moved on eventually settling down as a floor plan auditor for M&T bank, a job that still allowed Nick to be in the automotive industry, just on the new car side this time. He also became a Volunteer for the Variety kids telethon, in the (where else) transportation department, where he helped drive the cast of the telethon everywhere they needed to go while they were in town. He eventually became the chairman of the Transportation department.  He also joined the Knights of Columbus, Father Justin Council 5670, he started as a chancellor to the squires and he worked his way up through the ranks, rising to 4th Degree Deputy Grand Knight.
Nick was always all about helping others no matter what the need, and he shared that with his club he loved so much, he was always looking for new ways to help the comunity any way that he could, from benefits, to club events, to what charity was in the most need.
Nick loved the 50's, from the cars to the music, he was forever an Elvis fan.
He also loved sports, A huge Bills fan, no matter how awful of a season they were having or not.  Also a big Sabres fan

Nick is survived by his wife of 33 years, Barbara. his son Nick, and his daughter Angela her husband Patrick, and grand kids, Nick and Isabelle
